FAQ

Questions about the assessment.

What does enterprise AI readiness mean?

It is the degree to which an organisation has the foundations required to adopt defined AI use cases safely, feasibly and with measurable business value.

Is AI readiness the same as AI maturity?

No. Maturity describes a general capability stage. Readiness asks whether the conditions are strong enough for specific use cases to proceed now.

Does a high score mean every AI project should start?

No. Even a ready organisation must prioritise use cases by value, feasibility, risk and strategic fit.

Is this assessment vendor-neutral?

Yes. The scorecard focuses on enterprise capability and sequencing rather than recommending a specific implementation vendor or technology.
